Future Workspace Week: numbers and results of an amazing event
Our Modern Workplace Hub, set up in a glass container in Piazza XXV Aprile in Milan, at the first Future Workspace Week: a great success!
The first edition of Future Workspace Week has come to an end. The first event organised by STIM Tech Group, with its investee companies YOODA and AYNO, in collaboration with Microsoft.
A live return to strengthen networking, united with the aim of showing connected working environments, where data and applications are managed with maximum security, without restricting people's operations.
A whole week of webinars, events, one-to-one meetings with customers and friends to showcase Microsoft's solutions for the Digital Workplace as an integral part of a strategy accompanying the digital transformation of organisations.
It was five days of discussion, analysis and in-depth analysis with top-level speakers from Microsoft and Yooda. Numerous sessions on the agenda contributed to a complete picture of the Modern Workplace scenario, covering collaboration with Microsoft Surface HUB and Teams, cloud computing, security and artificial intelligence applied to Teams.
Future Workspace Week discussed the evolution towards a fully collaborative working environment, and integrated with M365 Teams technologies; for increased productivity, in total security with constant access to company data and tools from any location and from any device.

Highlights include the Microsoft Surface Hub solution,integration with Audio Video room technologies, the Cloud PC and Artificial Intelligence applied to Microsoft Teams for the management of intuitive and efficient chatbots.
We discovered Microsoft Teams as a comprehensive strategy that combines technology, operations, culture and security to help transform the workplace experience.
In detail, we discussed the global approach to the new world of work, to support growth, through Microsoft Teams technology, aiming to promote productivity and efficiency.

All sessions were live streamed to involve those who could not attend in person.
Future Workspace Week was the first opportunity for complete synergy between the companies that make up the Group: STIM, MCA, Ayno and Yooda.
The week ended with Maurizia Cacciatori's speech, an exciting meeting, where we understood collaboration as a team sport, like volleyball!
