The Bresso (MI) site is ready to host Ayno's Operations and Presales activities: a hub for the Group's Value Proposition solutions.

STIM Tech Group's Technological Pole: not just a place, but spaces for sharing a vision of the company, a symbol of corporate sustainability and a challenge that generates opportunities.

We believe that there are many criteria to define the commitment of companies that decide to include the environmental and social dimension in their business, in addition to the economic one: a 'must have' for us at STIM Tech Group.

Underlying the decision to centralise the Operations of the Group and the newly acquired company Ayno s.r.l., there are not only financial criteria, but a concrete demonstration of sensitivity to the environment, a commitment to the improvement of society and a strong focus on the needs of all our employees.

More than 2,000 square metres of structure spread over three actual floors, with offices, warehouses and multi-purpose rooms: everything is in place following Ayno's entry into the STIM Tech Group. An open environment, formerly MCA's Head Quarter, which now also houses Ayno's operations and presale facility.

The modernisation of the building is part of thestrategic investment of more than EUR 6.5m in research, development and M&A, initiated by STIM in 2020 with the establishment of Yoodathe acquisition of MCA and culminated at the end of 2021 with the entry into the Group of the company Ayno, specialising in video conferencing and integrated audiovisual solutions.

The objective is clear: to generate value in a long-term perspective.

Starting from the experience of the pandemic, which made 'the acceleration of the Hybrid Workplace phenomenon and the need for companies to redesign the systems and technologies used for Collaboration', as emphasised by CEO Stefano Marazzi, the STIM Group has created, with the clear objective of generating value in a long-term perspective, a place where constant interaction, collaboration and sharing of ideas between the companies of the Group would be fostered.

In terms of environmental sustainability, STIM Tech Group has carefully managed all the phases of setting up the site, from masonry works to new constructions, to the disposal of waste materials from processing, all of which were taken to recovery and/or recycling. Sustainable choices were the basis, focusing on natural solutions, whose life cycle and production was low impact, if not zero emission. In the wake of this objective, the project envisages the construction of an energy generation plant from alternative sources, which will partially offset the CO2 emissions produced by the company's activities.

The building houses workstations, meeting and meeting areas, shared spaces, ArtWall, LedWall, and meeting rooms with domotically controlled videoconferencing systems: solutions that testify to the Group's entire Value Proposition, nominating the Bresso pole as the Company's reference Demo Space, together with the other 6 offices, current and soon to be opened, located worldwide.

Design and technological innovation have always been at the heart of the STIM Group's offers and services.

"The pandemic has had a major impact on the acceleration of transformation processes. The expansion of digital services has become an unavoidable necessity: in line with the new business needs of the New Normal, the new technological pole located in via Galileo Galilei will act as a reference point for the Operation, Presales and Technical Secretariat departments of the Group companies, to strengthen the synergies already in place and pool the skills and specialisations of individual professionals, all with the clear objective of generating value in a long-term perspective."

- Stefano Marazzi, CEO of Stim Tech Group
