STIM Tech Group publishes Sustainability Report 2022

STIM Tech Group is proud to announce thepublication of its first Sustainability Report, the non-financial document with which the STIM Group-in its four companies STIM, Ayno Videoconferencing, MCA Means of Audiovisual Communication, and Yooda-presents to its Stakeholders itswork in the economic, social, and environmental fields.

Purpose of the Sustainability Report

The main purpose of the report is to become aware of one's positioning through a set of performance metrics related to the issues perceived as most relevant.

The document represents values and effects that the business activities of the Group's four Companies produce in the environment in which it operates, thus accounting for economic, social, environmental and governance policies, ensuring full transparency to all STIM Tech Group Stakeholders.

Environmental, economic and social achievements result frominteraction and collaboration with various stakeholders and all components of the area served.

The tangible results of a strong Group

STIM Tech Group management coordinated the preparation of the Sustainability Report, transversally involving the entire organizational structure of the Group companies included in the reporting scope.

"Knowing the views and expectations of our Stakeholders is critical to having lasting relationships based on mutual trust.

For this reason, there is a strong desire on the part of STIM Tech Group to return to its stakeholders a document that can annually analyze and report on its activities and highlight its medium- to long-term goals.

We therefore decided to illustrate our values and goals based on the sustainability standards set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the UN in the 2030 Agenda."
