IT Managed Services
A successful digital transition
STIM was chosen by a leading company in the Italian industrial world to renew the company's IT infrastructure and achieve greater dynamism and reliability.
The objective of STIM's Managed Services IT team was to plan an effective digital transition process that would optimise time and resources, innovate systems and technological tools, and adapt them to the new business requirements.
An innovative and market-driven infrastructure
In order to achieve the ambitious targets, a new on Premise Data Centre, a whole fleet of Mobile and PDLs, a UcaaS platform and a series of digital tools integrated in offices and boardrooms for virtual meetings and quality videoconferencing have been implemented, as well as support, supervision and maintenance services such as Remote Data Security and Disaster Recovery.
After an initial analysis phase, STIM was focused on the technological implementation of all environments in the IT and Collaboration areas, as well as on the implementation of a dedicated IT network and a complete network infrastructure.
Relying on STIM: a quality choice
The client also entrusted the STIM Managed Services team with the remote backup of all systems to the Amazon Cloud, effectively enabling a Disaster Recovery plan in case of extraordinary events on the company site.
The rapid deployment of the infrastructure, together with the scalability and flexibility of the implemented network, has enabled the client to apply to STIM Managed Services all the technological requirements that may arise in a competitive and constantly evolving sector such as international trading.
By choosing to entrust STIM with the entire management of the company's IT, the Client can count on a total service coverage, on highly performing infrastructures built with high level materials and technologies such as CISCO, DELL and PEXIP which guarantee maximum efficiency and security of systems and machines.
