Privacy Policy Recruiting
Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Reg. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ss.mm. on the basis of the need to execute pre-contractual and contractual measures and the need to fulfill any legal obligations for purposes instrumental or related to the performance of recruiting activities.
Failure to provide the data will result in the inability of the Data Controller to process the data subject's request (application review and subsequent recruiting process).
The personal data subject to processing will be those conferred by the person concerned with the submission of the application as well as those that may eventually be collected by the Company during verifications related to the information reported in the application, including by contacting any contact persons indicated by the candidate or by retrieving information from professional sites and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), with reference to previous work experience, membership in institutions, academic background and academic qualifications obtained.
Processing may be done through manual processing or electronic tools by designated personnel.
Personal data will be stored in the Company's databases for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes and in any case for a period of time not exceeding 1 year.
