General Privacy Policy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with EU Reg. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and ss.mm. on the basis of the consent of the interested party, as well as for the possible fulfillment of pre-contractual, contractual or legal obligations, with the purpose of presentation and promotion of the services offered by STIM Tech Group S.r.l. and the companies of the Group and for the management and fulfillment of requests of the interested party. For the same purposes, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (to address potential customers to the Group companies according to their requests in order to ensure more efficient communication and a targeted and personalized commercial offer), personal data may be transferred to other Group Companies.

Processing may be done through manual processing or electronic tools by designated personnel.

The provision of personal data marked as mandatory is necessary for the above activities. In case of refusal to provide the requested obligatory personal data, it will not be possible to fulfill the request of the interested party.

In addition to the above rights, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The data subject may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending an appropriate request to the contact address of the Data Controller. Withdrawal of consent will not result in negative consequences for the data subject; however, it will result in the impossibility of being contacted by the Data Controller or other Group Companies for the purposes set out above.
