The Italian headquarters of Starkey Hearing Technologies, a leading US company in the medical sector for the production of hearing aids and hearing aids, has decided to renovate its work spaces, moving to a tertiary complex in Peschiera Borromeo, just outside Milan.

The company need was to create technologically advanced spaces to handle effective meetings with customers, but also to encourage worldwide collaboration and internal team working.

Looking at Hybrid Workplace, with dynamic and flexible ways of working and communicating, promoting Smart Working.

A project developed in two specific areas: Customer Visit Centre and operational area

The spaces designed by STIM are designed to put the guest at the centre, while at the same time providing an agile and pleasant workplace for employees.

The project was divided in two areas: the Customer Visit Centre and the more operational area containing offices and meeting rooms, both equipped with Digital Signage and integrated room domotics, improving the reduction of cables in favour of Wi-Fi systems spread throughout the structure, to improve the aesthetics of the installations.

For the Customer Center area, a Philips 3x2 Videowall was chosen, capable of performing effectively in the large spaces present, used to welcome guests and customers.

The operational spaces, on the other hand, include various worksetting with Cisco Videoconferencing systems, able to support the various types of agile work: small and medium-sized meeting rooms, temporary and fixed workstations, informal areas for quick exchanges or impromptu meetings, with also a lounge area and various break areas.
