Stim for Banca Nuova

Team working and Unified Communication, supported by technological flexibility and multi-functionality

Banca nuova (now Banca Intesa) chose Stim to renovate several rooms in its Palermo headquarters to encourage new ways of meeting, with a view to dynamism and flexibility.

The project was mainly addressed to the Board Room and the Auditorium of the headquarters.

The new set-ups, designed to improve participation and involvement of all participants in meetings, whether in person or remotely, were integrated with the existing ones retained, favouring wi-fi systems spread throughout the facility for the elimination of cables and the deployment of smart workstations.

Overall, the choice was made to integrate Cisco Videoconferencing with modular room automation, using innovative Digital Signage and system automation, enhancing the existing furniture and also ensuring cost-efficiency gains.
