Unified tools in one integrated UCC platform
A long-standing Volkswagen dealer in the city of Milan, and one of the main ones nationwide, driven by the continuous transformation of the market, decided to invest in a new corporate Collaboration platform, and chose STIM to take charge of the project.
It was therefore decided to move from a traditional legacy technology to a Unified Communication & Collaboration on Premise solution based on TVOX UCC technology. The installation was carried out on Premise in virtualised mode, while DR was carried out on dedicated HW.
An integrated infrastructure managed through a single interface
The replacement of the PABX led to the need to unify the different collaboration tools into a single management platform: STIM was therefore responsible for the design, installation and configuration of the new infrastructure, integrating IP telephony for voice calls, web meetings and videoconferencing, voice mailboxes, mobility and instant messaging into a single interface.
Scalability
TVox: a new technology for contact management. It allows the system to be expanded at any time in terms of functionality, number of users and locations.

TVox: enables the creation of complex contact centre systems by reducing the number of components to be used, thus guaranteeing considerable savings in both implementation and maintenance.

With TVox Web Client and TVox Mobile App, users are connected to the system wherever they are via Availability and Smart Working services.

A complete UCC VOIP solution
The implemented UC&C solution allows the integration of all these tools into a single system, which now enables a smooth and reliable user experience: workgroups can work as a cohesive and aligned team even remotely, thanks to real-time communication and data sharing on any device.
The web interface allows all employees, in any branch, to collaborate easily, quickly and securely, not only via company devices, but also with their own mobile devices (BYOD).
Thanks to MCS, any user can now access the system from anywhere, from any device, on any operating system and without the need to install components; one click is enough to select one or more contacts and start a conference (audio, chat), a call, send faxes and virtual memos.
Advanced statistics: a confirmation of efficiency
The advanced statistics introduced with TVOX Omnichannel to monitor the services provided to the customer confirm an efficiency rate of over 99.5% in monitoring the thousands of incoming calls and messages, to the satisfaction of users and customers.

The company address book is a fundamental tool for the professional management of sales agents, customers and suppliers. Integrating the address book into TVOX UCC now allows you to add functionality that improves the customer experience and simplifies actions and procedures. It also allows the customisation of the information presented to users, such as number recognition, and integration with enterprise systems.
